PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify sample collection from various kinds of inspection objects, and to shorten a sampling time and an inspection time. SOLUTION: An inspection piece 8 wherein a sample is collected by wiping a surface of the inspection object, or the inspection piece 8 wherein the sample is suction-collected into a filter attached detachably to a vibration type or heating type portable suction probe is equipped to a heater 5, and sample gas generated from the heated inspection piece is analyzed by a tandem type mass spectrometer, so as to simplify the sample collection from the various kinds of inspection objects, and to shorten the sample collection time and the inspection time.
