QUATERNARY AMMONIUM COMPOUNDS AND THEIR USE AS ANTIMUSCARINIC AGENTS

Novel quaternary ammonium compounds of the formula and any stereoisomers thereof, wherein R1, R2 R3, R4, R5, R6, R7, and X- are defined herein. The compounds are useful as medicaments for treatment of treatment of asthma, a group of breathing disorders termed Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD), allergic rhinitis, rhinorrhea due to the common cold, and urinary disorder.
