PURPOSE: A system and a method for generating models for growth and distribution of directed scale-free object relationships are provided to generate the directed scale-free object relationships based on in-degree and out-degree sequences by selecting random numbers through time. CONSTITUTION: The system includes a processor and a system memory(134). The memory includes computer program applications(160) executable on the processor by connecting to the processor. The processor performs a step for generating a random number row, and generating the model of the directed scale-free object relationship in a graph by continuously selecting individual random numbers from the random numbers according to the time. Deployment of the graph is depending on both of in-degree and out-degree.
