Manufacturing an electromagnetic wave shielding filter (300) involves forming a mesh pattern of an insulating layer of oxide coating followed by a plating layer on an upper surface of a metal plate (310), adhering an adhesive film e.g. anti-reflective film (320) on the plating layer and separating the adhesive film from the metal plate. An independent claim is included for a plasma display panel including the electromagnetic wave shielding filter.
