PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly precise cleaning member at a lower cost with a lighter weight by forming the cleaning member of roller contour with a columnar shaft and a spiral blade having a band member spirally wound on the shaft. SOLUTION: A spiral roller 321a as a cleaning member for an offset belt 306b is formed with a shaft 321o containing a columnar core metal and a spiral blade 321p having a preset width and thickness of band member spirally wound on the shaft. The spiral blade is fixed to the core metal so that caulking effect, can be rendered thereto by strongly winding the band member to be bitten into the core metal with the quality equal to or softer than the band member. |
