The codes for identifying a channelization code set and modulation process (A), are combined to identify the tetra base station (TBS) size (D). The identification code (F) is obtained by converting the multi-code count (E) and the modulation pattern identification information (TREC) into a corresponding code. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) mobile communication system; (2) base station; and (3) mobile station.
