摘要 <p>The fuzzy logic control module receives inputs and delivers outputs related to the inputs via fuzzy logic rules. A first input is a signal (e(t)) representing an error in temperature between an actual measured temperature of a fluid and a desired temperature. A second input is a valve control signal (v(t)) representing a magnitude of an opening in an inlet valve of a heat exchanger operable to regulate the temperature of the fluid under control of a proportional-integral controller that generates the valve control signal. A first output is a value of integral gain (K1) required by the PID controller, and a second output is a value of proportional gain (Kp) required by the PID controller. Independent claims are included for a temperature control unit, a dyeing machine, and a method of controlling fluid temperature.</p>
