PURPOSE: A drum for preventing the approach of vehicles is provided to guide drivers at night by fixing winkers and to reduce maintenance expenses by supporting a winker firmly. CONSTITUTION: The drum for preventing the approach of vehicles comprises a drum body(10) provided with many winker fitting grooves(11) formed on the outer circumference and a power fixing groove(12) connected to the winker fitting grooves(11), many winkers(20) fixed to the winker fitting grooves(11) of the drum body(10), a power supply unit(30) fixed to the power fixing groove(12) and connected electrically to the winkers(20), and a power switch installed to the power supply unit(30) to connect/intercept the winker(20) and the power supply unit(30).
