PURPOSE: An apparatus for stabilizing an output is provided to prevent deterioration of electrical characteristics due to reduction of a data rising period by delaying the data rising period of data signals. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for stabilizing an output includes a control unit, a power supply, a delay unit, and a high-output amplifier. The control unit(110) generates an enable signal. The power supply(120) is used for supplying a supply voltage. The delay unit delays a rising period of a data signal. The high-output amplifier(140) is used for receiving the delayed data signal and the supply voltage and performing an amplifying operation according to the enable signal. The delay unit is formed with a low pass filter(130).
