The device includes anode rotating in X-ray tube, and yo-yo shaped ring. Yo-yo shaped ring has hyperboloid shape formed using twenty girdle bars (10) extending between first and second crowns (8, 9). Each girdle bar is angled by 50[deg] with respect to plane perpendicular to axis of anode shaft. An independent claim is also included for a method of manufacturing a yo-yo shaped ring.
