A method for treating a condition mediated by FXR in a subject suffering therefrom, comprising administering to a subject a therapeutically effective amount of a compound of Formula (I-A), (I-D), (I-E) or (I-H): or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof; wherein R1 is phenyl substituted with 1-3 R1a; R3 is X—CO2R4; X is a bond; R4 is hydrogen or C1-6 alkyl; R1a and R6 are independently halogen, C1-6 alkyl, haloC1-6 alkyl, C1-6 alkoxy, haloC1-6 alkoxy; and m is 0-1.
