PURPOSE: A pin gate feeding device for clearing agglomeration of hopper storage material is provided to perform smooth feeding operation and control blast circumstances stably and easily accordingly by easily collapsing adhesion coal in a relay hopper. CONSTITUTION: In a feeding device comprising a pin gate(1) comprising a plurality of pins(1') installed on a discharge port of relay hopper(3) to cut off and adjust feeding amount of raw material coal(8) as the pins are being moved back and forth, the pin gate feeding device comprises spiral pipes(10) formed on an inner part of the pins; injection ports(12) connected to the spiral pipes and formed with being inclined upward on an end part of the pins in such a way that the injection ports are directed to the inner side of the relay hopper; and an air supply pipe(32) connected to the spiral pipes, wherein a steam supply pipe(34) is connected to the air supply pipe so that they are communicated with each other.
