PURPOSE: Provided is a spray device for forming a water protective fence to prevent flames, smoke and poisonous gas from being spread by blocking a region where a fire occurs in the structure such as a tunnel or a long way. CONSTITUTION: The spray device(10) for forming a water protective fence comprises a body(11) with a plurality of mounting holes provided at same intervals; a nozzle for spraying water for fire-fighting to be at a predetermined angle on the outside of the body(11). The nozzle is installed to be inserted to each mounting hole. The nozzle comprises a tube-shaped base; a vein portion with a penetrating hole and a plurality of grooves; and guide portion for outwardly spraying the water for fire-fighting at a predetermined angle.
