PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging system and a packaging method with which manufacturing time of packaged products is short, no stock is carried in process, and tracking is easy when defects are found in packaged products. SOLUTION: The packaging system comprises a packaging object manufacturing part in which packaging objects are manufactured and a packaging part in which the packaged objects manufactured in the packaging object manufacturing portion are packaged in a predetermined form, wherein the packaged objects manufactured in the packaging object manufacturing part are packaged in the packaging part without staying on the way to the packaging part. The packaging method includes a packaging object manufacturing step in which packaging objects are manufactured and a packaging step in which the packaging objects manufactured in the packaging object manufacturing step are packaged in a predetermined form, wherein the packaging objects manufactured in the packaging object manufacturing step are packaged in the packaging step without staying on the way to the packaging step.
