PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a configuration of a refrigerant circuit while compatibly catching a foreign matter on a suction side of a compressor and reducing pulsation of discharge gas refrigerant of the compressor with suppressing increase of pressure loss on the suction side and a discharge side of the compressor. SOLUTION: This air conditioner 1 is provided with a use side heat exchanger 51, the compressor 21, a four-way change-over valve 22, a heat source side heat exchanger 23, an expansion circuit 24, a gas refrigerant pipe 8, and a muffler member 40. The gas refrigerant pipe 8 connects the use side heat exchanger 51 with the four-way change-over valve 22. The muffler member 40 is connected with the gas refrigerant pipe 8 to catch a foreign matter in refrigerant flowing toward a four-way change-over valve 22 side from a use side heat exchanger 51 side and reduce pulsation of flow of refrigerant flowing toward the use side heat exchanger 51 side from the four-way change-over valve 22 side.
