PURPOSE: A method and mold for forming pattern on a resin plate is provided to form various patterns on the resin plate by freely controlling the shape of patterns and the depth of color. CONSTITUTION: A mold(40) for forming pattern on a resin plate(20) is composed of a main body(42) detachably coupled to a die in a first extruder and a die(11b) in a second extruder. A sprue runner(44) is formed in the main body, and guides mixed materials(60) extruded from the second extruder into a plate extruding port(22) communicated with the die in the first extruder. A pattern forming unit(46) is installed at the sprue runner adjacent to the plate extruding port.
