INK FOR INKJET PRINTING AND INK SET FOR INKJET PRINTING USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide ink for inkjet printing using an acid dye forming a high-grade inkjet image having sufficient color development density, bleeding resistance and color reproducibility and having good ink jetting stability and preservation stability during long-term preservation and to provide an ink set for the inkjet printing using the ink.

SOLUTION: The ink for the inkjet printing comprises at least water, the acid dye and a water-soluble organic solvent. The ink is characterized as comprising ≥10 to <5,000 ppm pyrophosphate ions.
