<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a food material-supplying apparatus which can dish up a constant amount of a food material (cooked rice) in response to each of various dishing amounts. <P>SOLUTION: This food material-supplying apparatus is characterized by disposing an upper shutter-holding cylinder (9) having a food material-supplying passage (9") therein and equipped with upper shutters (10, 10') capable of opening or closing the passage, and a lower shutter-holding portion (24) having a food material-supplying passage (24") therein and equipped with lower shutters (25, 25') capable of opening or closing the passage, closing both the upper and lower shutters to form a measuring chamber (P) between both the shutters, opening the lower shutter to downward supply the measured food material from the measuring chamber (P), and vertically elevating or lowering the upper shutter-holding cylinder (9) to increase or decrease the volume of the measuring chamber (P). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
