PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To omit fixing work of an air-conditioning duct. SOLUTION: The instrument panel 1 has a foam layer 5 made by foaming foamed material between a skin 3 and a core 4. The air-conditioning duct 2 is arranged on a back surface of the core 4, and a locking portion 7 of the air-conditioning duct 2 is locked to a locking hole 6 formed on the core 4. The locking portion 7 is buried in the foam layer 5 by foaming of the formed material, and the air-conditioning duct 2 is integrally fixed on the back surface of the core 4.
