PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work conveyor easily and precisely checking the working state of the work during the conveyance of the work. SOLUTION: A work support member 17 is reciprocated by a conveyance mechanism 18 including a four-joint link mechanism and a lift mechanism 16, and the work W is conveyed between adjoining work stations 11A and 11B. A plurality of guide bars 23 for guiding and retaining the work from the both sides are liftably disposed halfway to the conveyance route of the work W along the conveyance direction of the work W. When the working state of the work W is checked halfway to the conveyance route of the work W, after the guide bar 23 is lowered along with the work W, it is raised to a shunting position where the both sides of the work W are opened.
