PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for navigation which can be utilized, without forcing the load of selecting a mail with position information on a user, and to provide its system. SOLUTION: The apparatus for navigation includes a mail receiver 101 for receiving mails attached with a mail originator position information in a predetermined format, an object mail selector 102 after referring to the conditions of mail selected database 107, for selecting only the mails necessary for changing the destination point or the course point from the mail, a mail interpreter 103 with position information for extracting the positional information from the mail with the selected position information, a route calculator 104 for calculating a new route from the routes to the mail originator position information and to already set destination, and a route guide unit 105 for guiding the route, based on the calculated route information. Thus, an easy course route addition or designation setting which utilizes the mail added with positional information can be set, without forcing the load of selecting the mail on the user.
