<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a phase-transition optical disk of CAV method which does not cause a recrystallization at recording information on the inner surface section and makes a degradation in reproduced signals less even at rewriting them many times while makes the remained disappearance of an amorphous less even at the outer surface section. <P>SOLUTION: The information recording medium is provided with a substrate and a plurality of layers, laminated one by one from a laser-beam incident side, which consist of a first protective layer, a first heat stability layer, a recording layer, a second heat stability layer, a second protective layer, an absorptivity control layer and a heat diffusion layer. The composition ratio of the material of the recording layer exists within the range surrounded by the composition points on the triangle composition figure such as B3(Bi<SB>3</SB>, Ge<SB>46</SB>, Te<SB>51</SB>), C3(Bi<SB>4</SB>, Ge<SB>46</SB>, Te<SB>50</SB>), D3(Bi<SB>5</SB>, Ge<SB>46</SB>, Te<SB>49</SB>), D5(Bi<SB>10</SB>, Ge<SB>42</SB>, Te<SB>48</SB>), C5(Bi<SB>10</SB>, Ge<SB>41</SB>, Te<SB>49</SB>) and B5(Bi<SB>7</SB>, Ge<SB>41</SB>, Te<SB>52</SB>). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
