摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skill evaluation method which rightly evaluates the ability of a member of an organization. <P>SOLUTION: This skill evaluation method comprises: a first answer acceptance process for accepting a first answer formed by the member and the supervisor of the member to a first question group including, of a main question group related to the main work of the component and a sub-question group related to the sub-work thereof, at least the main question group, and storing it in a storage device; and a first answer determination process for determining whether or not the first answer satisfies an acceptance criterion set to the answer to the first question group. This method further comprises: a second question presentation process for outputting and presenting, when the acceptance criterion is satisfied, a second question group differed from the first question group, which includes a plurality of questions related to the work of the member; a second answer acceptance process for accepting a second answer by the member to the second question group; and an evaluation result derivation process for collating the first answer and the second answer with a predetermined evaluation role to derive an evaluation result for the member. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
