PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a stable tuning fork piezoelectric vibrator with thin thickness and with high accuracy. SOLUTION: A tuning fork piezoelectric oscillating piece 20 constituting the tuning fork piezoelectric vibrator 10 is provided with oscillation arms 22,23 in which an oscillating piece body 25 is formed projectingly from the base 21 and the base 21. Also, the tuning fork piezoelectric oscillating piece 20 has a frame 24 formed by surrounding the oscillating piece body 25. Both ends of the frame 24 in the longitudinal direction are formed to mount parts 28,29.
