PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for cost effectively manufacturing a galvanized steel plate having excellent surface appearance in a simple manner, more particularly, a method for manufacturing the electrogalvanized steel plate having stable color tones without being affected by operating conditions, such as a change in line speed. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the electrogalvanized steel plate comprises specifying the current density in one or continuing 2 or more electrolytic cells of a post stage including the final electrolytic cells to a constant value ranging from 70 to 300 A/dm<SP>2</SP>, in manufacturing the electrogalvanized steel plate of 4 to 100 g/m<SP>2</SP>in a deposit amount of galvanizing by subjecting a steel plate to electrogalvanizing by using a plurality of the electrolytic cells. More preferably, the current density of the electrolytic cell exclusive of the electrolytic cells of the post stage described above is so regulated that the total deposit amount of galvanizing is made the same as that before the speed change in changing the speed of the steel plate passing through the electrolytic cells.
