PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that the content of the alteration of an analyzing condition is left as history data when the analyzing condition is altered during analyzing practice but, even if the content of the alteration is read later, it is difficult to grasp a background that the alteration is necessary or the intention of an analyst and it is hard to vertify the adequacy of analysis. SOLUTION: When some event such as the designation of the alteration of the analyzing condition due to the input operation of the analyst during analyzing practice, the occurrence of an abnormal state or the like is produced (S12 and S16), a change in a status being the analyzing states before and after the occurrence of the event, the procedure of operation or the like is preserved as animation image data (S13-S15, S17 and S18). After the completion of analysis, all of animation image data produced during analysis are collected in one holder (S20). Later, the animation image data are reproduced to be confirmed or analysis for reproducing the procedure of operation automatically is performed. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
