PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive treating apparatus which can suppress the propagation of pathogens. SOLUTION: The liquid to be treated from which particles of≥0.5 mm are caught and removed by a crude picking net bag 9 of a crude picking treatment tank 3 is subjected to filtration treatment by passing through a filter layer 19 inserted and packed with a felt-type filter of 10μm in filtration accuracy concentrically and removably arranged in a filtration treatment tank 11, an adsorption filter layer 20 packed with coconut shell active carbon (specific surface area 950 m2/g) of an average grain size 3 mm having a high specific surface area and antimicrobial filter layer 21 packed with antimicrobial sand formed by coating aluminum oxide powder of an average grain size 0.5mm with sodium silicate dispersed with an inorganic silver system antimicrobial agent and holding the same for 2 hours at 750°C in this order and flows out of an outlet 12.
