PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for reporting application results whereby the procedures of application, approval and reporting are smoothly performed using a network. SOLUTION: When an employee A inputs application information using a communication terminal 12A, this application information is taken in by a server computer 13 and an email containing a URL to be imparted to an approval file constituting an approval website is sent by the server computer 13 to the mail address of a boss B. When the boss B using a communication terminal 12B accesses the URL contained in the email sent to him/her, the server computer 13 acquires at least information on whether approval has been given, and an email containing a URL to be imparted to a confirmation file constituting a confirmation website is sent to the mail address of the employee A. When the employee A accesses on a communication terminal 12A the URL contained in the email sent to him/her, the confirmation file is delivered from the server computer 13 to the communication terminal 12A of the employee A.
