PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a body support for shampoo that can reduce a load applied to a neck that supports the weight of a head and prevent leaking water from dripping down from the neck. SOLUTION: A body support for shampoo 10 that allows shampoo while supporting a person's head is equipped with a detachable attachment section 12 on the edge of a shampoo bowl 11. It is provided with a neck rest section 14 with an indentation 13 on the edge line on top of the attachment section 12 where the neck of a person to be shampooed can be placed lying face up, and a head rest section 17 equipped with a tray 16 that can place and support the head at the end part of an arm 15 that is connected to the side of the attachment section 12. The neck rest section 14 is also equipped with an arcate frame 19 covered with a waterproof sheet 20 with its bowstring part made of a rubber elastic body 18 to allow it to closely contact with the person's neck and the indentation 13 that can be detachably fixed on both ends of the indentation 13 to prevent leaking of water during shampoo.
