PURPOSE: A rotor and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to prevent a permanent magnet from escaping from a rotating shaft in a radial direction, by compulsorily fitting the rotating shaft and the permanent magnet, and the permanent magnet and a sleeve. CONSTITUTION: A brushless motor comprises a stator for generating magnetic forces; and a rotor(30) arranged in the stator, and which rotates by the magnetic forces generated from the stator. The rotor includes a rotating shaft(31) coupled to the housing of the stator; a circular permanent magnet(32) compulsorily fitted to the outer surface of the rotating shaft; and a circular sleeve(34) compulsorily fitted to the outer surface of the permanent magnet.
