INCORRECT INSPECTION DETERMINATION SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an incorrect meter inspection determination system which determines the degree of accuracy of a user meter inspection value inspected by a user when the user executes meter inspection of meters measuring the use amounts of utilities such as gas, electricity and waterline and installed in the house of the user.

SOLUTION: The system comprises a meter value receiving means 2 which receives a user meter inspection value from a user's terminal 7 via a communication network 6; an estimating means 3 which estimates at least either one of a meter value and a utility use amount per meter inspection period based on a provider meter inspection value for a plurality of meter inspection periods inspected by a utility provider Y and utility use amount variation trend data of a user group to which a user X belongs; and a determining means 4 which calculates the degree of separation between the user meter inspection value or an utility use amount per meter inspection period and the estimated value based on the user meter inspection value and the estimated values to determine the degree of accuracy of a meter value inspected by the user X based on the degree of separation.
