<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for providing information on the operating conditions of a power generation facility set, a computer system, and a program which can know the power generation condition of not only user's generator set but also of other's power generation facilities. <P>SOLUTION: The method includes a stage which transmits data on power generation measured by a generator set side, from a transmission means to a management center; a stage which makes a server 10 of the management center store the data on power generation; a stage which determines the power generation status for each of the power generation facility, on the basis of the data on power generation; and a stage, which if the determined power generation facility is abnormal, notifies a server 50 of a service center for performing the maintenance of the generator set about the data which indicate abnormality, past failure conditions stored previously in the management center and related to the abnormal generator set, and information related to the installed position of the abnormal power generation facility. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
