PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize another application for enhancing a user's convenience on e-mail, for instance, without changing an existing e-mail transmitting/receiving system. SOLUTION: A keyword extracting part 23 extracts a keyword of a predetermined item or the like from mail data 40, referring to a keyword dictionary 26. A schedule retrieval part 24 retrieves information related to the keyword of the predetermined item, from a schedule 27. A response message preparing part 25 refers to a response dictionary 28 and prepares a response message 41 corresponding to related information.
