PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the winding ratio of a core and to make expandable a magnetic convergence acting range in addition to the downsizing of an armature. SOLUTION: The purpose described above is achieved by wounding a coil 3 to and rewounding it from a pole 2a by relative rotations of the pole 2a of the core 1 and a coil feed guide 5 that leads the coil 3 to a slot 4a adjacent to the pole 2a and feeds it thereto around an axis line 6, and for performing winding, making the coil 3 to be wound perform winding by being traversed in the direction of the axis line 6 by the movement of the guide end 5a of the coil feed guide 5 relative to the pole 2a when relative oscillation, between the coil feed guide 5 and the pole 2a, having an oscillating pivot P nearly located at an opening 4b of the slot 4a is compounded.
