ENCRYPTION DEVICE, DECRYPTION DEVICE, AND DATA REPRODUCTION DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an encryption device capable of encrypting non-encrypted data without changing the file size.

SOLUTION: An encryption device includes: a file read out section 101 for acquiring a file consisting of a data section containing encoded video data or the like and a header section containing a header of the data section; a data encryption section 106 for encrypting the data stored in the data section; a header analysis section 102 for analyzing the header section and acquiring the value of the field indicating the encoding method of the data included in the header section and to be encrypted in the data encryption section 106; a header conversion section 104 for converting the acquired value according to a predetermined conversion rule and rewriting the field value to a converted value; and a file output section 105 for outputting a file consisting of the header section containing a field whose value has been rewritten and a data section containing the encrypted data.
