PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grinding cleaner of a standard frame for a temporary scaffold capable of contemplating automation of each work while combining perforating work of a connecting pin engaging hole of the standard frame with grinding cleaning work. SOLUTION: A perforating device 32 for perforating the connecting pin engaging hole is placed on by a core bar and a punch in a standard frame conveyer 3 for carrying in and out of the standard frame a grinding cleaner body 1. The standard frame conveyed by the standard frame conveyer 3 together with the grinding cleaning work removing adherend of the standard frame is positioned by facing onto the perforating device 32, and the grinding cleaner of the standard frame for the temporary scaffold is so constituted that work for perforating the connecting pin engaging hole in a leg section of the standard frame can be simultaneously carried out.
