PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a kitchen unit capable of maintaining a sanitary environment by avoiding dew condensation and mold growth inside a sink cabinet. SOLUTION: The kitchen unit (S) is provided with the sink cabinet (13) provided below a sink (4). First vent holes (21) communicating between the inside and outside of the sink cabinet are formed at a modesty panel (19) covering the sink from the front, and second vent holes (22) communicating between the inside and outside of a drawer housing part are formed at the drawer housing part (17) provided in the bottom stage below the sink cabinet.
