WORD INFORMATION USE MANAGEMENT EVALUATION SYSTEM

摘要

A server is connected to clients through a network such as an intranet or an internet. When a message (file) is transmitted from an upper layer to a terminal of a client, the input history (reception history), the transmission history (write-out history), and the file name are recorded in the terminal according to the words used in the message. When management evaluation is carried out, a bottleneck is detected from the input history (reception history), the transmission history (write-out history), and the address information, a bypass route is proposed, a clerical error is detected, and sends a corresponding advice mail to the manager.
