PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a member made of a resin which has a sealing part fastened tightly to an opposing member by a fastener and can keep excellent sealing properties for the opposing member even under the conditions of a heat load. SOLUTION: The sealing part of the member made of the resin is molded of a thermoplastic elastomer and then subjected to a heat loading processing.
