PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve, with a method that does not reduce durability, a problem wherein in a corner grinding milling cutter where a cutting edge replaceable tip having the parallelogram upper surface is arranged so as to set the axial rake angle positive and attached to a cutter body, a large face angle occurs in a sub cutting edge and work surface by the sub cutting edge becomes rough when the tip is tilted so as to make trajectory of a main cutting edge parallel with the cutter axis. SOLUTION: In the negative type cutting edge changeover type tip 1, the upper surface 2 has a parallelogram shape and a first side surface 3 having a chip breaker 8 is substantially quadrangular. The cutting edge ridge 6 formed between the first side surface 3 and a second side surface 4 crossing the first side surface 3 at acute angle is tilted by a predetermined angleσ, from right and left corners toward a central part in the projecting direction of the center in a direct sight view of the second side surface 4, and the central part of the cutting edge ridge 6 is provided with a predetermined curvature.
