发明名称 SPRING MACHINING METHOD AND APPARATUS
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hale-machine a working surface in a three-dimensional free curved surface at a high geometrical accuracy by easily preparing an NC machining program. SOLUTION: A haling tool is mounted to a tool holder so that a cutting point substantially matches with an intersection of first, second and third rotary axes. A rotary table and a rotary block are rotated about first and second rotary axes so as to substantially match the tool axis direction of the haling tool with the normal line direction of the working surface of a workpiece. The tool holder is rotated around third rotary axis so that the rake face of the haling tool is substantially vertical to a cutting feed direction of the hale-working. A workpiece support block for supporting the workpiece and the tool holder are moved relatively linearly along the working surface in the orthogonal three axis directions having one axis parallel with the first rotary axis.
