PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and rapidly perform the assembly work through one-touch operation. SOLUTION: One end part 11b of a return spring 11 is permanently locked to a permanently locking part 9e of a lock cam 9 in advance, and the other end part 11c of the return spring 11 is temporarily locked to a temporarily locking part 9f in a closed state against the spring force. While the lock cam 9 s fitted to and supported by a base plate 5 during the assembly, the other end part 11c of the return spring 11 is pressed by a temporarily unlocking rib 8b of the base plate 5 to unlock the other end part of the return spring, and the other end part 11c which is unlocked to be in an open state is permanently locked and set by a permanently locking rib 8c of the base plate 5.
