<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission ratio variable steering gear capable of preventing flow of a large electric current to a wiring connecting a battery and an exciting coil to each other even when abnormality occurs to the exciting coil to actuate a connecting pin. <P>SOLUTION: An electric current limiting means 323 is provided on the first wiring 322. This electric current limiting means 323 is constituted of a transistor 323a and a resistor 323b and capable of setting up an electric current which can be flown to a solenoid coil 2 by an amplification factor of the transistor 323a and a resistance value of the resistor 323b as an emitter terminal of the transistor 323a is electrically connected to a battery 8, a collector terminal is electrically connected to one end of the solenoid coil 2 and a base terminal is electrically connected to the ground through the resistor 323b respectively. Additionally, it is possible to prevent flowing of the large electric current to the solenoid coil 2 by amplification work of the transistor 323a. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
