<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To drive auxiliary machines of a vehicle in response to change of weather when using a solar battery. <P>SOLUTION: This device is provided with the solar battery 4, a sub-battery 5 charged by the solar battery 4 and auxiliary machines 1 to 3 driven by power from the sub-battery 5. The device has plural kinds of power modes and is provided with a charging/discharging controller 6 for supplying power from the sub-battery 5 to the auxiliary machines 1 to 3 and a CPU 7. The CPU 7 sets each of expected power consumption of the auxiliary machines 1 to 3 for the next week based on an operation schedule of the vehicle and expected charging amount of the sub-battery 5 for the week based on a weather broadcast. Based on these, balance of charging amount and discharging amount of the sub-battery 5 is calculated.
