PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of a heat exchanger, making durability compatible with reduction of weight. SOLUTION: A heat exchange fin 3 is divided into a first area 31 receiving combustion heat from a first combustion part 21 and a second area 32 receiving combustion heat from a second combustion part 22, and a lacking part 33 is formed in a boundary position. In the first area, first heat receiving tube parts 41 to 44, 51 to 54 as a first heat receiving tube 4 for supplying hot water are respectively separately disposed to penetrate there. In the second area, first heat receiving parts 45 to 47 are disposed as a first heat receiving tube 4 at the lower stage, second heat receiving parts 61 to 63 are disposed as a second heat receiving tube 6 for heating circulation at the middle stage, and the first heat receiving tube parts 48 to 59 are arranged and connected to each other as the first heat receiving tube 4 of the upper stage to penetrate there. The first heat receiving tube of the first area is made thin, and the first heat receiving tube of the lower position of the second area is made thick.
