PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a header having high durability with which the straight movement in a reciprocative movement of a ram is secured and the concentricity of a punch and a die at the continuous operation of the header, is secured. SOLUTION: In the header 1 provided with a frame 2 having groove parts 3 for linear-state ram and die 4 disposed at one end side in the longitudinal direction of the groove parts 3 for ram and the ram 6 having the punch 7 disposed while facing to the die 4 and heading-forming a blank at the interval with the die 4 and reciprocatively moving in the longitudinal direction in the groove parts 3 for ram, ram regulating rollers 81, 82 for securing the straight movement at the reciprocative movement of the ram 6 by pushing the ram 6 at one surface 3a of the side surfaces in the groove parts 3 for ram and at least in the one direction of the groove bottom surface 3c, are arranged.
