<p>An exercise assembly has a flat essentially H-shaped frame (10) resting on the floor linked to two foot pedals (40) by toe zone pivots (70) and heel zone springs (50). The toe pivots are angled at about 45 to the horizontal, causing the pedals to move down and outwards, up and inwards. The foot pedals are linked by a single rocker bar (20) linked to the main frame by a rubber bearing block (60) on a rocking lateral pivot point.</p> |
