ELECTRODE FOR LITHIUM SECONDARY BATTERY AND LITHIUM SECONDARY BATTERY

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode for lithium secondary battery having excellent short time output characteristics at a low temperature, simply and at a low cost, while maintaining a high energy density and to provide a lithium secondary battery.

SOLUTION: The electrode for lithium secondary battery includes a mixture agent layer containing an active substance, and at least one type of a material having an electric double layer capacitance or a pseudo-electric double layer capacitance. It is characterised in that the material containing the electric double layer capacitance or the false electric double layer capacitance has pores each having a pore size of 20 Å or more and a pore volume of 0.418 cc/g or more. The lithium secondary battery is a battery using this electrode as a positive electrode. The lithium secondary battery in which the short time output at a low temperature is improved is, obtained from the electrode for the lithium secondary battery.
