<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disaster prevention system cable of precisely performing a disaster prevention training for an event other than a scenario by sharing information between different disaster-prevention countermeasure organizations. <P>SOLUTION: An information presentation device 11 collects disaster prevention basic information from a basic information providing device 16 and disaster generation district information from a portable information/communication device 17, and provides the processing information to a countermeasure input/display device 18. The countermeasure input/display device 18 displays information from the information providing device 11 to input a countermeasure, and transfers it to another disaster-prevention countermeasure organization through the information providing device 11 to share the countermeasure information.
