PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatically operable loop tightening tool which has still better operation comfortability and still better operation certainty and can tighten a sealed piece with a steel band or the like. SOLUTION: The pneumatically operable tightening tool is operable with an air pressure and comprises a housing (1), a pneumatic operation tool (10), a pneumatically operable tightening member (9), a closing tool (8) tightening the loop tightening belt for closing and a handle (5) protruding from the housing (1) and having a compressed air input port (22). The compressed air input port (22) is provided to an end portion near the housing of the handle (5), and is formed of a wall hole punched at the wall of the handle (5). The punched wall hole encircles the end portion range near the housing of a transmission (19) and communicates with an annular channel (23) sealed to the housing side end range of the handle (5). A groove (25), continued from the annular channel (23), extends as far as the air inlet (26) of a rotator (18), and the rotator (18) is sealed in the wall encircling the rotator (18).
